Lambertville Nature Explorers
Explore. Play. Connect.
Lambertville Nature Explorers is a volunteer-led nonprofit organization dedicated to connecting families and children with nature through outdoor activities, environmental education, and community stewardship. We create opportunities for children to explore, learn, and develop a lifelong appreciation for the natural world.
What we do.

Early Childhood Nature Classes
Little Explorers can engage in hands-on, nature-based classes that nurture curiosity, build confidence, and inspire a lifelong love of nature right in our local parks and green spaces.
-
Family Hikes & Nature Play
Join us for family-friendly hikes and nature play dates throughout Lambertville and nearby areas. Perfect for all ages. These gatherings are a meaningful way to strengthen family bonds, support well-being, and build a more connected community.
-
Environmental Stewardship
Join us in caring for our environment through fun, family-friendly projects and events that support sustainability and help protect the natural spaces we love.
What we believe.
-
Healthy Development
We believe nature is essential to early childhood development. Nature supports joyful, meaningful learning and helps children grow with curiosity, confidence, and connection. We’re committed to ensuring all children, regardless of background or ability, have regular access to nature.
-
Family Engagement
We believe that nature experiences are even more powerful when shared with family. That’s why we create opportunities for families to connect, explore, and grow together outdoors.
-
Community Partnerships
We believe it takes a community to connect children with nature. Our work is rooted in collaboration with local schools, nonprofits, businesses, and community groups who share our vision of equitable outdoor access for all.
